Availability: All items listed on our website are made on order basis. If an item you've ordered cannot be made at the moment due to shortage of resources, we will notify you promptly and provide options for a replacement or a refund.
Custom Orders: We welcome custom orders! Contact us with your specific requirements through the 'Custom Orders' page, and we'll work with you to create a personalized crochet item just for you.
Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. As products are made on order basis, this timeline may vary a little depending on number of orders in the pipeline. Custom orders may require additional processing time too.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping on all our products. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be shown at the time of checkout. Free Local delivery is available for certain pin codes for customers from Siliguri.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking information to track your package's delivery status.
Returns & Exchanges
Return & Exchange: As products are made-to-order, we do not offer any return and exchange option. You'll be eligible for return or exchange only if there is a technical error at our end and/or your order has wrong/defective/missing product(s).
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange (of wrong or defective product), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery of package. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging. Video proof of opening of package is advised.
Please note that Skeindalous Creations holds the right to reject returns based on our discretion, such as if the return request does not align with our store policies or if we have reason to believe the return is not legitimate.

Return Shipping: Return pickups for any eligible returns or exchanges shall be arranged by us free of cost.
Payment Methods
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major cards, UPI, Net banking and other secure online payment methods. COD is currently not available.
Currency: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may be subject to change without notice.
